**Key Responsibilities & Deliverables**:
**Global Process Implementation**
- During the project implementation phase, the primary focus will be to act as the interface between LATAM business leaders and the project team (including the Global Process Owner (GPO) for O2C and the SAP S/4 Project Team). The focus of the role is to ensure SAP is deployed to deliver a streamlines, efficient, automated, and user-friendly process for business users and customers.
- Support the O2C GPO to understand business, logistics, and customer needs, expectations of internal and external customers, and be the bridge between them and the project team
- Work with IT and the Systems Integrator to understand system capabilities, match process requirements, and be the voice of ESC and LATAM business with IT
- Follow and implement the governance process to evaluate and approve process localization / customization requests
- Develop/adapt training materials and provide user education and training
- Drive process standardization and adoption of standard SAP functionality
- Integrate controls into process design, documentation, and training materials
- Participate in SAP and allied systems build and configuration
- Participate in developing business scenarios and scripts for testing, and drive IIT and FIT
- Participate in cutover and support go-live and stabilization
- Deliver key project milestones for SAP implementation

**Leadership**
- Build, inspire and manage a team of 5-7 employees initially which will grow at a later stage
- Actively connect with the team and champion employee engagement
- Develop top talent by participating in regular succession planning and having robust performance /coaching conversations.
- Work as part of the ESC management team to make it a great place to work for all employees.

**Process Expertise & Business Partnership**
- Manage O2C processes at ESC for LATAM affiliates to ensure service delivery per the process design and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and/or agreed timelines.
- Ensure process governance including regular reporting and analysis to key stakeholders
- communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis to discuss operational issues and key metrics.
- Act as the point of escalation to resolve issues and exceptions in a timely manner and ensure all queries are dealt with correctly and efficiently.
- Actively work in partnership with various cross-functional stakeholders (internally & externally) to maintain effective relationships and ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
- Ensure the culture of compliance is reinforced continuously within the team and all related SOx & business operational controls are executed..
- Continuously look for and or lead where possible continuous improvement initiatives including standardization and/or re-engineering of processes and controls.
- Drive for results and ensure best practices are in place to achieve highest standards within daily operations.
- Drive cross-functional projects where opportunity arises.
- Demonstrate excellent project management abilities and strong understanding of financial systems. - Support organizational changes.
- Analyse and translate data into key strategic inputs and insights to drive decision-making.
- Proven ability to work on high level value-add ad hoc projects while continuing to achieve routine goals
- Review and evaluate decisions and provide approval when needed
- Review escalated issues & disputes and provide guidance on resolution

**Requirements**:
Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree in an accounting, finance or business discipline
- Strong People Management & Leadership Skills
- Experience in managing complex O2C processes
- Self-motivated professional with excellent customer service and strong working/team building relationship skills
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization - Demonstrates good judgment and is solution orientated
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Attentive to details to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and analysing multiple entities.
- Flexibility in adapting to a non-routine and fast paced environment.
- Systems experience, especially SAP
- Proficient in English
