**AGENTE CUSTOMER SERVICE JR. (ENTRETENIMIENTO)**

Actividades:
Uso de redes sociales y herramientas de comunicación tradicionales.

Brindar información complementaria de nuestros productos y servicios.

Atender dudas, quejas y comentarios.

Comprender lo que nuestros clientes necesitan.

Construir canales de comunicación valiosa.

Detectar oportunidades de mejora.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência como "Custumer Service" / Atención al Cliente en empresas de entretenimiento, servicio directo, call center.

Actitud enfocada 100% al servicio y atención.

Conocimiento y manejo de redes sociales.

Conocimiento en temas de Servicio de Calidad.

Total control de situaciones críticas.

Amplia tolerancia a la frustración.

Buena dicción y ortografía.

Bachillerato concluido o Licenciatura trunca.

Total discreción y profesionalismo
