Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, also you will work with merchants as an account manager (50% of the time) - helping them to launch and grow on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon’s products, services, systems and tools.
Key job responsibilities
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.
- Analyze customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of the assigned territory. Execute successfully on the plan recommended
- Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently and to the required standards
- Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective territory
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your territory. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.
