At Cápita Works we are looking for a Account Executive to join our great team and work remotely. If you have previous experience and are interested in the position, apply
**Responsibilities**:
- Build an intimate understanding of brand product and its place in the industry.
- Identify and solicit new business; build and maintain a full pipeline of sales prospects.
- Qualify leads to strike a balance between revenue potential versus execution effort.
- Identifyclient needs and develop persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities.
- Closes new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecastin.
- Identify areas to optimize the sales cycle and operations.
- Work collaboratively with the brand product, engineering, sales, and executive team throughout deal process and advocate for product improvements to satisfy customers’ needs.
- Provide market/customer feedback to brand executive and product teams.
- Travel to and represent brand at a minimum of 4 conferences per year.
**Requirements**:
- Visa, advanced english
- 3-4 years account executive experience
