We are a team of seasoned global startup veterans with previous exits that are building Keep to be Canada's next generational banking institution.

We have raised millions from the top VCs in fintech and are now scaling.
- ** Talent Acquisition**: Lead hiring efforts, from job descriptions to interviews and onboarding.
- ** Employee Relations**: Address concerns, maintain a positive environment, and manage conflicts.
- ** Performance Management**: Set goals, facilitate reviews, and support professional development.
- ** Learning and Development**: Identify learning needs, design programs, and promote skill growth.
- ** Organizational Development**: Shape culture, establish policies, and boost employee engagement.
- ** Change Management**: Guide the company through growth and change, ensuring alignment.
- ** Legal Compliance**: Ensure HR practices adhere to laws, minimizing risks and issues.

**Who you are?**
- Prior HR experience, especially in startups or dynamic environments.
- Ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Strong verbal and written English skills for interactions and policy creation.
- Creative resolution of employee issues and conflicts.
- Flexibility to manage changing tasks and priorities.
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance.
- Ability to connect with stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
