**Puesto**:Account Executive (AE)
**Resumen del puesto**: Procesamiento de leads, responsable de efectuar demos calendarizadas, y colocación de membresía LiveKid.
**Ubicación**:CDMX. Trabajo presencial en zona Roma/Condesa.
**Tiempo y tipo de contrato**: Periodo de prueba de 3 meses y por honorarios, con la posibilidad de pasar a contrato de planta después de cumplir satisfactoriamente con las metas trazadas.
**Remuneración bruta**:$25,000 m.n. + esquema de comisiones por membresías colocadas.

Somos LiveKid y estamos especializados en el desarrollo y comercialización de software para guarderías y centros infantiles privados.
Nuestra misión es hacer que el dirigir “kinders” sea lo más fácil y agradable posible. Lo hacemos creando un software y app que simplifica la comunicación y reduce el tiempo dedicado al papeleo y otras tareas administrativas. Devolvemos ese tiempo a los docentes para que puedan centrarse en lo que realmente importa, que son los: los niños

**- Objetivos del puesto**
Tus objetivos como parte del periodo de prueba y contratación de planta dentro de LiveKid México serán:
- Ejecución de 3 demos al día y mínimo 50 demos al mes;
- Cierre de un mínimo de 10 clientes al mes;
- Mantener el ticket promedio de $1,300 m.n. por cliente al mes
- Seguimiento a las demostraciones realizadas;
- Cumplir en tiempo real con las normas, procesos y políticas del CRM.
**- Competencias y cualificaciones deseadas**
- Poder de persuasión y facilidad de palabra: puedes convencer a cualquier centro “Montessori” de que compre una membresía de LiveKid
- Tienes 5-7 años de experiência en ventas inbound y outbound, preferiblemente en SaaS
- Sigues procesos de ventas y eres muy organizado, gestionando tu día principalmente a través de la computadora, teléfono, CRM (Pipedrive) y calendarios
- Eres bueno con herramientas digitales como Gmail, Calendar, Slack, Loom, etc.
- Estás dispuesto a ser mentor o coach de otros miembros del equipo de ventas y a predicar con el ejemplo
