**RPA Developer**

Supports digital automation center of excellence agenda, providing automation solutions to GBS functions and helping them deliver their cost reduction targets

**Accountabilities**

Project Management based on agile Methodologies.

RPAs programming using specific software (Uipath, Visual Basic App).

Processes analysis and design from an automation approach.

Support to full automation cycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, hypecare & support)

Programming languages knowledge as R, Python and SQL. (Desired)

Project documentation.

Monitor and maintaining automation post-implementation and solving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.

Supports PEx teams to identify automation oportunites, size them & asses their complexity.

Recommends the appropriate automation tool & supplier for each initiative.

**Education/requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in technology project management.
- 1+ years experience developing in robotic process automation technology (UiPAth).
- Process automation modeling/programing with tools such as BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, WorkFusion.
- Data Analytics, Cognitive, New technologies, as well as a thorough understanding of databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels as well as ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.

**Non Technical Skills**
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and priority setting skill, initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task in a dynamic environment, works with multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Efficient technical communication as well as interpreting the requirements of non-technical clients.
- Best practices searches, analyzes and brings cross industries best practices into the business.
- Solution-oriented and demonstrates adaptability to cover projects in multiple disciplines.
