**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en Turismo, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado
Mínimo de 2 años de experiência
Disponibilidad para trasladarse entre propiedades
Manejo de idioma: Inglés avanzado
Manejo de OTAS: Booking, Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Webready, Tokeet y Marriott

Ofrecemos:
Salario de: $15,000 por 40 propiedades, más $300 por propiedad extra

**Responsabilidades**:

- Servicio al huésped (antes, durante y después de la reserva)
- Gestión de Reservas (cobros, check in, check out, solicitud de información del huesped)
- Inventarios y resoluciones (realizados al recibir o entregar una propiedad)
- Mantenimiento de la propiedad (supervisar y garantizar el estado de las propiedades, solicitar mejoras y seguimiento a los daños)
- Coordinación de limpieza y lavandería
- Registro de cuentas (caja chica y presupuestos semanales)
