Commercial Ops Manager

Estamos en búsqueda de talento para unirse a nuestro equipo como **Commercial Ops Manager**, quien será el encargado/a de supervisar las operaciones diarias del negocio y los procesos comerciales para garantizar que los objetivos se definan claramente y se alcancen dentro de las limitaciones de tiempo, costo y calidad.
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- Recibir y analizar los requerimientos del equipo de cuentas o del cliente.
- Estimar el alcance, costo y tiempo del trabajo, definir fechas de entrega, requerimientos y asunciones para llevar a cabo el proyecto y comunicárselos a cuentas/finanzas.
- Planear y documentar la gestión del proyecto para cumplir con los costos, tiempo y alcance propuesto.
- Conseguir la aprobación formal de la estimación y fechas de entrega por parte de cuentas/cliente/finanzas.
- Verificar que los requerimientos del proyecto se cumplan.
- Conseguir los recursos necesarios para llevar a cabo el proyecto en las fechas requeridas.
- Mantener comunicación abierta y directa con todo el equipo de trabajo.
- Hacer seguimiento a las horas del proyecto utilizadas por el equipo.
- Hacer revisiones constantes al estado y evolución del proyecto.
- Comunicar a cuentas/cliente cualquier cambio de alcance del proyecto, retrasos que se puedan presentar por la no recepción de requerimientos a tiempo, etc. en general, comunicar cualquier evento que impacte directamente el alcance del proyecto y/o el estimado en dinero y tiempo.
- Mantener la documentación del proyecto, según el proceso interno, al día.
- Generar cualquier reporte que sea requerido por el departamento financiero o la oficina de proyectos.
- Una vez terminado el proyecto, confirmar la aceptación por parte de cuentas/cliente y la confirmación de cierre del proyecto.
- Una vez cerrado el proyecto, confirmar la facturación del proyecto con la persona encargada.
**Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos**:
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en Operaciones Comerciales, Negociaciones y Gestión de Contratos, preferentemente dentro del ramo de la publicidad.
- Habilidades de planificación comercial para incluir análisis de impacto de costos.
- Comunicación efectiva.
- Conocimiento en herramientas de análisis de datos para mejorar procesos comerciales.
- Excelentes capacidades de organización.
- Pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas.
- Liderazgo.
- Capacidad de negociación.
