**What you'll be doing**
- Manage as Major Incident Management and Problem Management teams.
- Lead and provide direction during incidents, maintaining an overall incident perspective and ensure the Incident Management processes are followed.
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT major incidents across enterprise.
- Deliver results and achieve SLA/KPI performance by focusing on effective cross functional team working
- Coordinate/facilitate the communication process as well as the escalation process during the course of a high priority incident.
- Proactively monitor incident resolution, analyse and highlight trends and root causes to the Service Desk Manager/Problem Manager and/or relevant support teams.
- Coordinate project planning and execution activities, maintain schedule/budget, track issues/risks
- Plan and execute system implementations and change controls
- Gather and analyze business requirements, develop specifications as needed
- Manage vendors and third part providers
- Perform tasks with minimum direction, independently manage complex problems, guide others

**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Computer Science field
- 4+ years of experience in Life Science / Pharma industry working engineering systems in validated environment
- Practical experience with computer systems validation and SDLC
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking ability
- Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills, ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities, attention to detail and strong organization skills are essential
- Familiarity working across multiple business domains in support of projects
- Ability to interact with business users, project managers, senior management, outsourced service providers, and vendors
- Self-starter, independent thinker, able to work with minimum direction, high level of initiative and energy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point)
