El Especialista en Apoyo de Operaciones 5 es un puesto de nível inicial a cargo de brindar servicios de apoyo de operaciones, incluyendo lo siguiente: mantenimiento de documentación/registros, almacenamiento y obtención de registros, mantenimiento de cuenta, aspecto y apertura de cuentas en coordinación con el equipo central de Operaciones. Además, el Especialista en Apoyo de Operaciones 5 es el enlace entre el personal de operaciones, los gerentes de relaciones, gerentes de proyecto, custodios y clientes. El objetivo general de este rol es brindar apoyo de operaciones cotidianas en cumplimiento de los procesos y la infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Citi.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Resolver consultas de clientes y supervisar temas derivados, brindar servicio de atención al cliente para los clientes de Citi de manera eficiente y efectiva.
- Identificar oportunidades de ofrecer productos y servicios con valor agregado y cumplir al mismo tiempo con las estrictas leyes y normas que rigen las Televentas.
- Comunicarse a diario con la gerencia sobre la productividad, la calidad, la disponibilidad, los indicadores de Sistema de información administrativa (Management Information System, MIS), y brindar comunicaciones escritas y verbales para las áreas comerciales correspondientes, para la aprobación de entradas financieras correctas y la resolución de las entradas incorrectas.
- Apoyar una amplia y diversa gama de productos o servicios.
- Ayudar con los proyectos de mejora de procesos y de Lean en curso.
- Resolver problemas complejos según las mejores prácticas/precedencia, y redirigir según sea necesario.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia

**Calificaciones**:

- Entre 2 y 4 años de experiência relevante.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office.
- Conocimiento integral del proceso de Disputa.
- Capacidad para trabajar sin supervisión y aplicar capacidades de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar los fines de semana en ocasiones, para apoyo de pruebas COB y lanzamientos de Pega.
- Conocimiento de trabajo de la funcionalidad de Pega o G36, pruebas de Continuidad del negocio (Continuity of Business, CoB) y creación y resolución de recibos fiduciarios (Trust Receipts, TR).
- Habilidades analíticas y conocimiento matemático demostrables.
- Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.

**Educación**:

- Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente.

Es necesario conocimiento en contabilidad, autogestión, conocimiento revisiones contables y procesos de Auditoría. Análisis de consistencia en la información, análisis de la integración contable y operativa de interpretación de resultados utilizando la experiência y conocimiento especializado en Contabilidad.

Principales actividades
- Ayudar y resolver consultas de clientes y supervisar temas derivados, brindar servicio de atención al cliente para los temas de contabilidad y reconciliaciones de manera eficiente y efectiva.
- Comunicarse frecuentemente con la gerencia sobre la productividad, la calidad, la disponibilidad de la información operativa para dar seguimiento a cada una de las cuentas contables a su cargo. Brindar comunicaciones escritas y verbales para las áreas operativas correspondientes, para gestionar la resolución de inconsistencias de información y conciliación de partidas contables a su cargo.
- Ayudar resolver problemas según las mejores prácticas/precedencia, y redirigir según sea necesario para lograr el objetivo del área.
- Ayudar con los proyectos de mejora de procesos y de Lean en curso, así como en la documentación de los procesos del área y pruebas que se requieran.
- Ayudar con las validaciones, conciliaciones, integraciones y controles diarios y mensuales; así como, los indicadores según el sistema y cuentas contables asignadas por ramo, sub-ramo y moneda, considerando la depuración de partidas de cada cuenta.
- Entrega de los insumos y/o cierre contable a áreas técnicas, envió de información para las diferentes áreas de Control, contraloría y Costa Rica; así como las explicaciones necesarias a cada área en caso de requerir aclaraciones/correcciones
