The Sales Support Specialist, LATAM works closely with our field and inside Channel Sales teams to support our Channel Partners. You will work side by side with the teams, becoming familiar with projects they are handling, assist with quoting and process the purchase orders for those projects. You will also manage departmental administrative duties as needed. This position reports to the Operations Manager, Partner Sales Support & Service as part of the Americas Sales Operations Team.

The Sales Support Specialist, LATAM will work out of our Latin America Headquarters located in beautiful Mexico City. Relocation assistance is not provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide territory sales support to our field and inside Channel Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners.
- Develop knowledge on our company and products to provide guidance on licensing management, price quoting, order processing and assisting customers on a variety of issues
- Support territory using Salesforce case management for communication and ensure timely resolution of tasks
- Work with Global Logistics Provider to issue and track purchase orders for Milestone NVR hardware products. Ability to troubleshoot issues around international shipments, compliance, and documentation
- Train Distributor Partners on usage of online sales, quoting and order processing tools
- Work closely with Tech Support in troubleshooting problems that are sales and technically related
- Provide customers and internal stakeholders timely, accurate, and creative solutions regarding Milestone’s products
- Other duties as assigned

**Your Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish, English) required
- Trilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, English) desired
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Have proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM system experience
- Individuals in this position must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask while working under pressure
- Exceptional organizational skills
- A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to calculate quotes and working with numbers and percentages
