The Solution Center Team supports the Enterprise to drive Customer Growth and Experience and the Distribution Channel business unit to make it easy for our Distribution partners to do business with TE. The organization consists of more than 400 employees who provide global service to both Customers and Distributors and drive growth for the organization.

**ACTIVIDADES**:

- Soporte técnico a través de chats y llamadas
- Conseguir nuevos clientes para generar ganancias a la empresa
- Administrar una cartera de cuentas existentes y dar seguimiento a sus proyectos
- Seguimiento de casos en plataforma Salesforce
- Comunicarse proactivamente con los clientes
- Creación de nuevas Oportunidades de negocios
- Estar en constante contacto con equipos de Management para verificar condiciones y estatus de pedidos
- Proporcionar soluciones a nuestros clientes a través de los productos de TE
- Atender MQL asignados (Marketing Qualified Leads)
- Seguimiento a requerimientos de clientes a través de Outlook
- Seguir los horarios establecidos por la plataforma Genesys

**REQUERIMIENTOS**:

- Escolaridad: Ingeniería Robótica, Industrial, Mecatrónica, Automatización, Control, o carreras a fin.
- Experiência profesional: Experiência en ventas y en componentes electrónicos
- Conocimientos: Conocimientos básicos de ingeniería, en componentes electrónicos, electrónica en general
- Habilidades: Capacidad para influir en la toma de decisiones sobre los clientes y generar ingresos para TE; Habilidad para realizar múltiples tareas
- Idiomas: Inglés y Portugués (deseable)
- Software o sistemas: Salesforce, Office, SAP (deseable)
