- OEC Group is seeking an **Inside Sales Rep** to join our Digital Sales team The position is based in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico.
- Applicants should be **self-starters, detail-oriented, comfortable with tight deadlines**, and able to work and communicate well with other team members.

**About the Position**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Soliciting OEC Group's services which include Ocean Import, Air Import, Ocean Export, Air Export, Distribution & Warehousing, LTL Transportation, and Cargo Insurance and Customs Brokerage.
- Calls prospective customers in designated market areas to qualify leads and explain the type of service offered.
- Quotes prices and encourages customers to buy.
- Develop lists of prospects from city and telephone directories, trade and professional association membership lists, and other public records.
- Prepares reports on sales activities.
- Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.
- Responsible for meeting the monthly quotas given by the Station Manager.
- Responsible for entering information about potential leads in the active **CRM**, Sugar.

**Work Schedule**

GDL Office 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST

**Qualifications**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Advanced English (B2 to C1)
- Industry experience is preferred
- CRM Management experience is a plus too

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience and/or training.
- Highschool GED or certificate
