Whether creating innovative collaboration methods with external stakeholders, pinpointing enhancement opportunities, evaluating implementation choices, you will consistently pursue scalable solutions, directly fueling DiDi's growth in Mexico and LATAM

Role Responsibilities:

- Continuously promote and oversee collaborations between our organization and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement within existing partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with external allies, including fleet partners, industry organizations, and key sector stakeholders
- Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Driver Centers, Marketing, Product Development, and Legal, to support partnership initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships against predefined metrics and objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partnership activities, progress, and outcomes
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities
- Represent the organization at conferences, events, and networking opportunities to promote collaboration and explore new partnership prospects.
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution: We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.

Role Qualifications:

- Required professional experience within in commercial roles, showcasing skills in recognizing opportunities, negotiating agreements, business and alliance development
- Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Analytical abilities to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities while working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Engaged team player with a positive outlook, proficient communicator within a diverse team
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
