Hey there Are you a Customer Support Specialist ready to take on a new challenge?
Keep is the fastest-growing Canadian fintech startup ever. We built the first cross-border bank that offers Canadian businesses credit cards, deposit accounts, currency conversions, and revenue financing at no cost.
We are a team of seasoned global startup veterans with previous exits that are building Keep to be the next generational banking institution of Canada.
We have raised millions from the top VCs in fintech and are now scaling.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide product support and training to customers
- Work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams
- Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures
**Who you are?**
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a fintech or startup environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with CRM systems and support tools
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Passion for fintech and the financial industry

**Comfortable in a fast-paced setting -** You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with incomplete information. We're a young, agile company.
