Objetivo del puesto

Contribuir al logro de los objetivos organizacionales garantizando una gestión adecuada de las ventas y atención a clientes en la tienda
- REQUISITOS
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura terminada
- Género: Indistinto
- Mínimo 1 año en ventas, retail, administración de negocios
- Office Intermedio, Habilidades numéricas
- FUNCIONES
- Supervisa y controla el área de cajas, servicios y correo electrónico
- Supervisa y da seguimiento a todas las necesidades de mantenimiento e intendencia.
- Supervisa y lleva control de todo el material de consumos internos.
- Supervisa y trabaja en conjunto con el área de Seguridad para prevenir la merma y mantener la disciplina progresiva con todo el personal de tienda.
- Ejecuta y asegura el montaje de campañas, iniciativas y eventos dentro y fuera de la sucursal.
