**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Property Voice Work Representative to join our team. This role involves handling customer interactions related to property insurance through voice channels, providing outstanding service, and supporting our clients' needs throughout the claims and policy management processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers in filing property insurance claims, providing timely updates, and guiding them through the process.
- Address customer inquiries related to policy coverage, premiums, and necessary adjustments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues effectively and empathetically.
- Educate customers about available property insurance options and assist with policy renewals.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and claims.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening.
- Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer interactions with professionalism.
