Se solicita ing. Desk Side Support.

Con conocimientos en Itil, comunicaciones, soporte a usuario, atención de ticket seguimiento y documentación de reportes en plataforma apegada a Itil, soporte a usuario primero y segundo nível. Conocimientos en:

- Soporte a usuario remoto y telefonico
- Soporte a usuario en sitio
- Active Directory para administración básica de usuarios Configuración de red
- Camilo de equipos de Rack
- Mantenimiento preventivo de equipos
- Cambio de equipos de red
- Carga de sistema
- Respaldo y clonado de discos
- Renovación de equipos Para atencion de Tickets. Requerimiento buen nível de ingles, 75% de nível de ingles, que pueda sostener una buena comunicacion en dicho idioma.

Proactivo, iniciativa, puntualidad y con ganas de desarrollarse profesional, laboral y económicamente.

Carrera con titulo comprobable

Salario: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Horario flexible
- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
