**Descripción**:

- Prospectar clientes, tener control y mantenimiento de cartera
- Llevar a cabo la negociación de contratos y acuerdos con clientes, promoción de servicios y soluciones
- Participar activamente en la estrategia comercial en su área, colaborando en la identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento
- Interactuar con equipos de soporte interno, coordinando esfuerzos con el objetivo de mejorar la experiência del cliente
- Monitorear el progreso de los resultados de ventas semanalmente, seguimiento a reportes y métricas
- Visitar clientes por orden de prioridad establecidas por la gerencia de ventas, para alcance de objetivos de ventas
- Participar en ferias y eventos, según sea necesario, y acompañar las oportunidades de negocio relevantes.
- Administrar procesos de disputas con el cliente en conjunto con las respectivas áreas de soporte
- Dar seguimiento a reclamos de clientes, participar en la reunión de soluciones de problemas y en las mejorías para los clientes con el objetivo del aumento de los índices de satisfacción del cliente

**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:
Persona con mínimo 4 años de experiência en ventas industriales (prospección y manejo de cuentas), formación en ingeniería eléctrica, industrial, mecatrónica o afín. Conocimiento de Excel (fórmulas, tablas dinámicas), algún CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, Pipedrive, etc.), ERP (SAP, Oracle) deseable. Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
