Tenemos un gran reto en nuestra área de Customer Experience para las personas que les apasione la implementación de campañas para clientes
**Funciones del cargo**:
- Coordinar, implementar y operar la experiência integral de comunicación y personalización con el cliente
- Implementar iniciativas basadas en las estrategias de negocio retail considerando los diferentes canales de comunicación con el cliente
- Coordina los esfuerzos con las diferentes áreas de operación para identificar, definir y proponer mejoras operativas a través de las células
- Asegurar la correcta operación de los componentes de la experiência
- Asegurar los requisitos básicos de operación en torno a la información necesaria y disponible, la disponibilidad de los canales de comunicación (digitales y físicos) y las mediciones de performance de cada canal

Contamos con horario híbrido, una parte de tu día trabajarás en el Corporativo y por la tarde de manera remota:
**Lunes a Jueves**: corporativo 7:00 a 13:00 hrs. / remoto 16:00 a 18:00 hrs. / Viernes: corporativo 7:00 a 13:00 hrs.
Lunes a Jueves corporativo 8:00 a 14:00 hrs. / remoto 16:00 a 18:00 hrs. / Viernes: corporativo 8:00 a 14:00 hrs.
