**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
SOPORTE TÉCNICO ON SITE L1 (BILINGÜE B1/B2)
- Conocimientos avanzados en SO Windows.
- Mantenimiento, detección y solución de problemas en equipos de cómputo, dispositivos móviles y aplicaciones.
- Soporte N2 - aplicaciones locales.
- Conocimientos de redes y diagnóstico en protocolo TCP/IP.
- Administración herramienta interna inventario Rockwell
- Seguimiento a proveedores locales.
- Atención a usuario mediante tickets.
- Dinámico, Trabajo en equipo, proactivo, analítico, gusto por innovar.
- Conocimientos avanzados en ofimática Google Suite y Office (preferentemente 365).
- Gestión de inventario y activos de TI.
**Requisitos y calificaciones**
Importante contar con:
- 3 años de experiência
- Ingles B1/B2
