Technical Support Analyst

An important company dedicated to the development of Software by expansion is looking for a Technical Support Analyst on site.
Vacancy 50% Home Office, 50% on Site (Depends on the project)
- Desirable radicals in CDMX, Monterrey and/or Guadalajara
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, equivalent experience or related degree.
ESSENTIAL: Advanced English (Evaluation will be done) and availability to travel.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable work experience in providing technical support
- Mastery of English
- Working knowledge of support software, databases and remote control
- Skills for customer service and communication
- Advanced multitasking and troubleshooting capabilities
- Desirable to have experience in Retail (Point of sale)
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide first level contact and solutions to customer technical issues.
- Appropriately escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Track, walk and redirect issues to the right resources
- Update customer data and prepare activity reports
- Guide customers through the problem resolution process
- Ensure proper registration, documentation and closing
- Recommend modifications and process improvements
- Preserve and develop your knowledge of support procedures, products and services
We offer you:
- Salary: 1,500 to 1,700 USD (Salary negotiable)
- Vacation to celebrate the year
- Hybrid work
- Work schedule: from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with availability to do guard duty on weekends (These are roles and in any case there would be compensation)
- Biweekly payment
- It is not by project
