Asumirá, durante su turno de trabajo, la monitorización en 24x7 de todos los clientes suscritos al Servicio de Monitorización, reaccionando en primera instancia a los posibles problemas que pudieran ser alertados por el sistema de

monitorización SAMA. Asumirá labores de soporte 24x7 de primer nível realizando el seguimiento básico de incidencias de soporte que pudieran llegar por correo y/o teléfono. Colaborará activamente en la atención de solicitudes de gestión remota de clientes. Apoyará en la generación de informes periódicos o puntuales a clientes. Por su visiblidad de cara al cliente también deberá adoptar una postura de preventa y generación de oportunidades de negocio en la forma de nuevos servicios o productos. Asistirá a la formación específica sobre los productos monitorizados, soportados y/o gestionados.

proporcionadas por los distintos fabricantes, así como de las metodologías utilizadas en la resolución de problemas.
