Back Office Customer Support Representative

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Processing orders, ensuring that they are accurate and timely.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex queries to senior staff.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and information in the database.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for process improvement.
- Working effectively in a team and supporting other team members as required.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume customer inquiries.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software and databases.
- Ability to work on site and follow safety protocols.
