**Job Description**:
Position Purpose
The position is responsible of execute all daily treasury, accounts payable and Travel and Expense activities: internal and external payments, borrowings, secure and improve cash flow, optimized/ automated bank platforms, manage factoring operations. Improve internal controls for payments. The responsibility is operational and must be aligned with Treasury and P2P Global Head.
The position is responsible for leading the P2P shared service activities (in-house and outsourced to Service Provider) across all Business Units in scope in LATAM time-zone to ensure payments in an effective and timely manner and compliance in the accounting books. This includes:
- Defining and rolling out transition for all in-scope Business Units
- Defining a vision of the service provided to the organization and implementing best in class practices
The responsibility is operational and must be aligned with P2P Global Head.

Major/Key Accountabilities
- Manage the Global P2P relationship
- Implement and monitor P2P Global policies in the Region.
- Lead the Procure to Pay activities in relation to suppliers: invoice processing, payments to suppliers, expense management, vendor help desk and netting
- Analyse P2P metrics and make process improvement recommendations
- Support the Global Payment, Procurement and Travel and Expense policies
- Lead, manage, or develop employees within their team
- FCST and Budget development for Trade Creditors and CDO
- Lead the Procure to Pay activities in relation to suppliers: invoice processing, payments to suppliers, expense management, vendor help desk and netting
- Analyse P2P metrics and make process improvement recommendations
- Act as a change agent and design and implement best in class standard processes together with the Service Provider
- Manage the relationship with the Service Provider and monitor the retained organization to ensure the respect of key service deliverables
