About the Role

The Senior Demand Generation Manager LATAM is a pivotal position at UKG, responsible for driving marketing programs in Latin America to generate awareness and demand.

Responsibilities:
  • Create quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with the Head of LATAM Marketing and the local sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns for new prospects and existing customers, focusing on generating leads and nurturing relationships.
  • Work closely with the lead generation team to produce marketing and sales qualified leads, ensuring alignment with sales efforts.
  • Manage customer and prospect databases in conjunction with the Marketing Operation Analysis Coordinator to optimize campaign performance.
  • Maintain and manage marketing expenses reports, collaborating with the Head of LATAM Marketing to ensure financial transparency.
  • Lead the Market Research Program to gather insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Enhance and manage the Marketing LATAM Nurturing Program to build strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate events from concept to completion, refining strategies for future improvement.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend in LATAM programs, ensuring ROI optimization.
  • Produce leads and opportunity reports to track campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work within a budget, managing all financial aspects of campaigns and events to achieve business objectives.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, with a proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills, including fluency in Portuguese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools, as well as experience with web content management and Social Selling.
  • Experience using marketing automation solutions, such as Eloqua.
  • A creative problem-solver with excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
