Business Development Manager for LATAM

The ideal candidate will have fluency in Spanish and English, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience with channel and integration partnerships in LATAM. Previous experience in the Hubspot, Salesforce or Zendesk ecosystem is an added advantage.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners
- Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall's market presence in LATAM
- Lead and accelerate sales growth in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile by executing business strategies tailored to these markets
- Provide strategic insights to adapt Aircall's vision and strategy for the region
