**Customer Insights & BI**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a consistent and efficient way of operation, ensuring the governance of market information by keeping them accurate, available and aligned.
- Make use of digital tools to share insights within the company, boosting the data driven decision making approach.
- Generate market analysis, scenarios and risk assessments. Provide aggregate reports to country leadership in a regular basis highlighting the business opportunities for the current and upcoming seasons.
- Estimate and monitor on a regular basis sell in and sell out CP market by crop, micro regions, business unit and key segments.
- Estimate and track seasonally the CP and seeds & traits markets making use of advanced statistics models and championing a data driven culture.
- Responsible for regular ad hoc and regular local analyses regarding CP, Seeds and Traits market using primary/secondary data like (AgroWin CPS, multi client surveys, broker reports, other statistics and panels), in order to support marketing decisions.
- Monitor market movements through external data (commodities prices, farmers profitability, fertilizers sales, competitors imports and others) in order to provide insights to other marketing areas to quickly react.
- Ensure customer needs are captured analysed and deployed within the company. # Actively collect market research needs from the stakeholders and assure the results are presented back.

**Who you are**
- University degree (Agronomy, Economics or Business);
- Solid Background in Business and Marketing Intelligence, with experience in agribusiness companies (min. of 2 y);
- Excellent communication skills, ability to consult and influence peers and superiors.
- Ability to translate data into information and insights through modern technologies, including algorithms and AI;
- Understanding of statistical models and economic drivers impacting farmers; # Provide leadership in establishing strategic direction using business acumen and by translating key data into business decisions;
- Demonstrated leadership skills of innovation manager and managing ambiguity;
- Strong Analytical mindset and skills; # Experience interfacing with regional organizations;
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
- P & L understanding, financial and business acumen, and linkage to marketing tactical plans Leading/influencing peers and senior stakeholders at the country level on business decisions Understanding of the interrelationships between financial goals, customer driven decisions and market specifics Managing & collaborating in a matrix organization
