**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

*Definir escenarios futuros desde la medición y el modelado de indicadores hasta el roadmap estratégico. Utilizar un enfoque innovador, creativo y con visión de negocio en la ideación y el diseño de nuevos servicios, conceptos y experiências de usuario únicas y diferenciales para nuestros usuarios. *Dirigir el equipo en el proceso de investigación desde el punto de vista cliente y negocio a través del user research, incorporando data, retroalimentación del cliente y análisis de tecnología. Diseñar experiências centradas en el cliente, que generen valor al negocio a partir del conocimiento constante en tendencias de consumidor y patrones de consumo y detectar los insights para ser aplicados al diseño. *Definición y desarrollo de customer journeys, and flujos E2E. *Colaborar con los equipos de Product Owners, Agile teams, y la organización en el diseño y desarrollo de las experiências digitales. *Diseñar la arquitectura de la información, y el flujo de interacción e interface de las diferentes experiências en Mobile y WEB, así como otros nuevos interfaces. *Fungir como facilitador creativo en workshops para la generación de ideas e identificar retos.
