**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Business Partner de la fábrica de Tultitlán.
- Responsable de Relaciones Labores de la fábrica (manejo de Sindicato).
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento a los acuerdos del Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo:

- Pago de cuotas sindicales
- Negociaciones Sindicales
- Comisiones (PTU, Antigüedad, RIT, etc)
- Ejecuta los procesos de HR en conjunto con el equipo de HR extendido.
- Control y gestión del Budget del área.
- Responsable de coordinar y atender Auditorías y demás procesos de cumplimiento legal.
- Identifica oportunidades y necesidades en la agenda de People y las dirige al HR Lead.
- Colabora con HR Lead en proyectos de transformación de la fábrica.
- Responsable del clima y cultura organizacional (Engagement, Cultura, Comunicación, Reconocimiento, etc.)
- Soporta a LM en procesos de gestión de talento, Business Integrity y matriz disciplinaria.
- Participa en investigación de incidentes y accidentes de la fábrica.
- Ejecuta estrategia de gestión de talento y performance en sus poblaciones
- Definición de OKR’s
- Foros de Talent
- Evaluación de Desempeño
- PIPs
- Future Fit Plan, Purpose
- Right People / Right Place / Right Skills
- Talent Intimacy WL1
- Responsable del archivo documental de la fábrica.
- Diseña y ejecuta los analíticos de la fábrica (overtime, ausentismo, gender, attrition, etc.)
- Responsable de terminaciones, licencias, movimientos, incrementos salariales, promociones, etc. de la fábrica y su gestión en Service Now y Workday.

**¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?**
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en roles similares dentro de Recursos Humanos
- Dominio de Relaciones Laborales (Sindicato)
- Conocimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo
- Agilidad y adaptación al cambio
- Capacidad de manejo de múltiples variables a la vez y correcta priorización
- Manejo de conflicto y resolución de problemas
