**About the Opportunity**

As a member of Discova you will be a part of a passionate team of Hosts who are committed to consistently delivering an excellent customer experience and take pride in being the face of Discova.

As a Host you are responsible to meet and exceed individual as well as team sales targets, consistently delivering a high quality customer sales experience and thriving in the high performing team environment.

**Responsabilities**
- Offer every customers tours and other activities branded Discova.
- Ensuring welcome packs, company branding and other collateral is in line with one best way and presentable to our customers.
- Maintain the expertise in the domestic market by being up to date with domestic information or changes.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets as directed by the Host Team Leader.

**About you**

The Essentials:

- Bachelor degree or a degree in tourism and hospitality is preferred
- Minimum 1year experience in a sales environment comfortable working to and achieving sales targets - Experience in tourism industry sales preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken English is required and other European languages would be an advantage

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to te flexible and implementing change when needed
- Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders.
