**Inside Sales Representative**
Konsyg is always looking for talent eager to make their career in the sales industry. We are looking for dynamic young sales professionals, serious about technology sales careers who have the technology know-how and have a consultative approach towards a prospective client. The sales representative would be responsible for the outbound sales for cutting-edge technology products promoting and selling them globally.
**Responsibilities**
3 - 5 years of proven outbound full sales experience in selling SaaS-based solutions
Ability to convert from cold outreach to full sales including demo and closing the deal
Ability to lead a team of sales agents and maintain client relationships
Proven track record of achieving the sales objective through cold outreach
Ability to to quickly learn about the product and pitch them to the prospect
Skilled in dealing with negotiations, objections and Rebuttals
Experience in handling CRM tools
Exposure of working in an international environment
Report weekly sales goals and objectives
Researching about prospects
**Skills**
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Patient and able to handle rejection
- This job is heavy on outbound calling so someone who has a hunter mindset in cold outreach
- Demonstrated ability to find and cultivate new leads through cold prospecting successfully
- Ability to think outside of the box in terms of communication methods
- Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Pay: From $20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- México Libre, Tamps.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
