We are looking for English Speaking Mexico-based Remote Virtual Assistants to work in various roles across North America and Europe.

Tele-Help is Mexico & Las Vegas-based business process organization (BPO); we focus on providing skilled staff to our partners in the United States and Europe. The Founder recognized an unmet need for remote Spanish-speaking employees in the U.S and the underutilized parallelism between Mexico and the U.S. Leveraging the understanding of the U.S, standard time zones, and similarity in work ethic, Tele-Help delivers the people and skills U.S companies require.

**The Role**:
Executive Assistant

A successful wealth management practice in Hermosa Beach seeks a team player interested in a long-term opportunity to grow and advance within the financial services industry. You must be detail and service-oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Work responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following**:

- Client Service
- Manage incoming calls
- Schedule client appointments
- Handle client service issues as they arise.
- Handle client meeting follow-up tasks as delegated.
- Manage new client onboarding process, account opening, and account maintenance.

**Operations**
- Inventory and order office supplies
- Schedule podcast recordings on the advisor’s calendar as well as follow up with podcast guests
- Manage office technology
- Manage industry compliance requirements.
- Manage Veteran networking group: scheduling monthly meetings, in-person events, and sending out timely reminders. Marketing.
- Maintain and updated website and social media profiles.
- Have experience working with Canva for content creation/graphic design and Sendible (or other types of social media scheduling software)
- Manage client recognition cards and gifts.
- Help plan and implement client events.
- Be on the lookout for opportunities to go above and beyond for client appreciation and retention.

**This is not a sales position.**

**Industry experience is a plus but not a requirement.**

**A positive, upbeat, can-do attitude is a must.**
