**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
Sobre tu rol

Tú principal objetivo será desarrollar, mantener y atraer al programa de alianzas a potenciales socios y/o canales comerciales en Spanish LATAM, con la finalidad de generar atractivas oportunidades de negocio y siempre trabajando de la mano con el resto del equipo.

Para lograr esto, deberás de comprender las necesidades comerciales de la compañía, así como, las condiciones cambiantes del mercado.

Tú día a día
- Elaborar y resguardar propuestas comerciales que generen valor a la compañía.
- Asegurar que los aliados cumplan con la metodología y procesos autorizados durante el ciclo comercial.
- Dar seguimiento a los leads y al embudo de ventas de canales y/o partners.
- Apoyar en la comprensión y detección de las necesidades de los aliados, a fin aplicar la mejor solución, así como, la estrategia de precios y definición de servicios, incluyendo el proceso de negociación con el cliente siempre que sea necesario.
- Analizar y monitorear el nível de satisfacción del cliente, canal y socio, así como, ayudarlos a alcanzar el éxito con los productos y servicios utilizados.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar los planes de acción que garanticen la reactivación y crecimiento de aliados comerciales para SE Spanish LATAM.
- Construir relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los aliados comerciales.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
¿Qué requisitos necesitamos?
- Licenciatura en Negocios y/o Relaciones Internacionales, Administración de Empresas o afín (titulado).
- Mínimo 4 años de experiência en cargos similares dentro de la industria de TI.
- Conocimiento en soluciones de gestión empresarial como BPM, GRC, ESG, entre otras más.
- Experiência en negociación y relacionamiento asertivo con partners.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
- Motivación por la autonomía y cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Actitud positiva y listo para trabajar en un entorno acelerado.
