Lider comercial que se encargue de el desarrollo, desempeño y mantenimiento de los procesos comerciales de la organización para obtener la máxima eficiencia, calidad, servicio y rentabilidad para Rappi

Competencias funcionales
- Identificar las competencias criticas para la posición y el nível de desarrollo de las misma
- Licenciatura mínima en cualquier disciplina administrativas
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiência liderando equipos comerciales
- Alto nível de habilidades analíticas con orientación al detalle.
- Experiência trabajando por target mensuales y uso de CRM.
- Habilidad de trabajar bajo presión y adaptación al cambio rápido.
- Experiência trabajando con múltiples regiones/ciudades a nível nacional un plus.
- Habilidades de organización de alto nível.
- Experiência en Google Suite es un plus.

Habilidades Tecnicas requeridas
- Definir que habilidades tiene el rol para desarrollar sus funciones
- Gestionar la función comercial de distintos países, asegurando actividades comerciales con la máxima calidad y servicio.
- Asegurarse de que el equipo comprenda que los beneficios de la organización se reflejan en todas sus operaciones.
- Asegurar cumplimiento semanal y mensual de los KPIs comerciales
- Administrar, dirigir y monitorear el desempeño general de los equipos comerciales locales.
- Explore nuevos enfoques y distintos mercados para asegurar el impacto de las propuestas comerciales
