Description

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team with day-to-day responsibilities, specifically administrative tasks to achieve established internal service-level agreements (SLA). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks.

  Key Responsibilities Include:

Provide excellent customer service to all program participants, clients, and internal teammates. Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Learn our sales process from beginning to end: prospecting/lead generation, needs assessments, proposal reviews, winning the program, transition the program to an account manager. Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Competitive Bids: Prepare, compile, and track RFPs and competitive bids, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Join sales partner on client discovery and needs assessment calls with clients. Input and update internal systems after client calls Participate in proposal review with clients and internal teammates. Assist with the preparation of accurate and timely invoices to clients. Assist with creating and maintaining online registration platforms and recruitment platforms. Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the sales team, handling inquiries and providing information as needed. Complete other general administrative tasks including, but not limited to: phone calls and data entry projects. Fulfill other projects as assigned.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish Prior experience in an administrative or support role is beneficial but not required. Strong teamwork skills; proactively seeks out ways to add value. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills – Advanced English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information. Highly motivated and eager to learn. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Strong work ethic and reliable. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Interest in global education with a basic knowledge of world markets, capital cities, languages spoken and currencies. Bachelor’s Degree Desired.
