- Monitors loss recovery accounts.
- Implements collection procedures and accepts payments.
- Inputs information through data screens to reflect account activity.
- Resolves account discrepancies and balances.
- Responds to inquiries from customers.
- Manages customer calls or letters to resolve billing and invoice issues for delinquent accounts.
- Reviews and makes recommendations for bad debt or write-offs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
