**Requisitos**
- Competente con Microsoft Word y Excel
- Capacidad para navegar por paneles como PayPal, BigCommerce y ShipHero.
- Inglés 75%
- Personalidad cortés, segura y extrovertida con habilidades excepcionales para resolver problemas y habilidades informáticas
- Capacidad para construir relaciones con los miembros del equipo y los clientes.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas y realizar múltiples tareas
- Orientado al detalle y excelentes habilidades organizativas

**Descripción de puesto**

Desempeña un papel clave en nuestras operaciones de Apoyo a la Comunidad. Al trabajar en un entorno de centro de llamadas, este empleado orientado a los detalles, seguro y cortés apoyará a los clientes en un rol administrativo.

Además, se centrará en la presentación de informes, la entrada de datos y la resolución de problemas entre bastidores. Además, esta persona debe tener confianza para tomar decisiones rápidas y precisas, usar un juicio independiente y tener la capacidad de determinar cuándo se deben escalar las situaciones.

**Responsabilidades principales**
- Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional ayudando al equipo con consultas sobre envío y seguimiento, preguntas sobre productos, reclamos de garantía, reembolsos, reemplazos, etc.
- Utilice la tecnología para crear informes para el equipo basados en la actividad del cliente o los resultados comerciales
- Introducir información en bases de datos para capturar tendencias con el fin de crear mejores experiências de cliente
- Siga las políticas de la Compañía y use un juicio independiente para determinar la resolución / escalación.
- Supervisar las devoluciones diarias y el reemplazo de pedidos, incluida la supervisión del sistema de devolución y el procesamiento de reembolsos a los clientes
- Mantener un alto nível de profesionalismo, puntualidad y responsabilidad.
- Contribuir a un ambiente orientado al equipo, ayudando a otros según sea necesario.

**La planta se encuentra ubicada en la carretera San Felipe atrás del parque industrial el dorado.**
