Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
Scale the inside sales team from initial hires to a full team of 50 sales professionals.
Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Utilize data and analytics to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Demonstrable experience in sales B2C with a strong preference for backgrounds in travel agencies, hospitality, etc.
- Fluent English, with proficiency in Spanish.
