**Acerca del rol**

Como Business Development Representative serás responsable de realizar el acompañamiento de todos nuestros leads durante su proceso de información y onboarding; asegurando la correcta asesoría y acompañamiento para lograr que se conviertan en nuestros clientes.

**Principales responsabilidades**
- Comunicar asertivamente los beneficios de la plataforma de albo empresas y demostrar el producto a nuestros prospectos para asegurar los
cierre de ventas.
- Acompañar a nuestros prospectos antes, durante y después de su proceso de onboarding.
- Informar a nuestros prospectos los requisitos necesarios para la apertura de cuenta de albo empresas.
- Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a los procesos operativos internos para cubrir las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
- Realizar llamadas y meets con leads potenciales.
- Seguimiento en tiempo y forma de actividades de pipeline de ventas.
- Brindar información de producto, uso de la cuenta y proceso de apertura.
- Analizar, identificar y comunicar asertivamente las posibles mejoras en los procesos para optimizar el producto o servicio con base a la retroalimentación de nuestros clientes.
- Colaborar en conjunto con otras áreas como Producto y Growth asegurando el crecimiento constante del producto y de los procesos para generar soluciones eficientes.
- Tener la capacidad de tomar decisiones dentro de lo permitido y escalar inteligentemente los casos con otras áreas para su resolución.
- Dar seguimiento a las solicitudes que deben ser escaladas con las áreas de soporte internas.

**Perfil y experiência**
- Lic. concluida/en curso (titulado/pasante) en giro administrativo, ingeniero comercial o afín.
- +6 meses de experiência relevante en ventas, atención a clientes, seguimiento y ejecución de procesos.
- Manejo de CRM.
- Experiência en atención a clientes y ventas B2C/B2B.
- Sólido conocimiento y manejo de pipeline de ventas.
- Dominio en el manejo de objeciones y habilidades de negociación.
- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
- Experiência trabajando con procesos bancarios o financieros es un plus.
- Proactividad, atención al detalle, iniciativa en la solución de problemas, adaptabilidad a cambios y mejoras en los procesos.
- Excelente habilidad de organización y manejo efectivo del tiempo.
