The Field Sales Intmd Officer is an intermediate position responsible for providing customer service assistance and meeting sales targets for financial products and services within their assigned district or location, in coordination with the broader Consumer Sales team. The overall objective is to utilize a wide range of product knowledge to build relationships with clients in order to recognize which financial products and services meet their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve all monthly and annual new asset referral targets
- Interact with managers and directors to ensure ongoing communication regarding existing and future client needs
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that are aligned to sales goals and support sales service activities
- including legal, corporate, and regulatory
- Ensure adherence to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure safety and security of client and bank assets
- Monitor improvement of quality of investment consultant activities, including sales targets, referral targets, strict adherence towards compliance, branch huddles
- Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and efficiently

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Required licenses: Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, and Series 24 or 9/10
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Extensive knowledge of financial and securities industry regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Funciones principales:

- Atención telefónica y presencial a clientes.
- Atención a campañas telefónicas
- Validar correcta grabación de línea telefónica.
- Administración y gestión de buzón institucional enfocados a atención al cliente.
- Atención a transacciones, tramites, quejas y solicitudes en los contratos.
- Actividades administrativas como: elaboración de reportes, métricas, gestión de tramites/instrucciones de clientes, etc.
- Solicitud de estados de cuenta y constancias fiscales.
- Apoyar en el llenado de formatos para cualquier trámite administrativo referente a la operación de contratos.
- Ejecutar instrucciones de venta de instrumentos de inversión en los contratos.
- Ejecutar instrucciones de retiro y transferencias de efectivo del contrato de intermediación.
- Ejecutar instrucciones de traspaso de valores.
- Consulta de saldos y movimientos de los contratos de intermediación.
- Cumplir con los níveles de atención a clientes.
- Cancelación y baja de contratos de intermediación.
- Validar la correcta aplicación de ejercicios de derechos en los contratos.
- Atender aclaraciones, bonificaciones y resolución de dudas de los contratos.
- Canalizar las aclaraciones de otros productos a los canales adecuados.
- Tramitar quebrantos si llegaran a proceder.
- Apoyo en el registro en Excel de todas las llamadas inbound y outbound (Con hora, asunto y solución)
- Control con maker-checker de todas las operaciones realizadas.
- Controlar el cierre de operaciones del día.
- Administrar los controles internos.
- Apegarse al uso de los formatos autorizados por la Casa de Bolsa.
- Atender auditorías.
- Asistir a las capacitaciones que se imparten en Línea y Presencial.
- Tramitar los vistos buenos que sean necesarios para trámites u operaciones.
- Validar que las operaciones se realicen bajo el servicio de ejecución.
- Validar que no existan pendientes de invertir o liquidar (deudores / acreedores).
- Elaborar y obtener los documentos que soportan las operaciones de inversión:

- Cartas instrucción y confirmación.
- Apegarse a la política de
