Lead the implementation of the culture strategy, learning plan and communication strategy for union and non-union personnel to ensure that our people is inspired, engaged and motivated.

- Main Functions:
- Design and implement culture strategies at the Santiago Plant, as well as advising the directors and managers to maintain and improve the work environment to promote a great place to work; tracking the action plans resulted from the Employee Survey Results. Manage the learning plan required for unionized and non-unionized personnel, ensuring compliance with the labor requirements in a timely manner. Design and manage the communication strategy for the Santiago Plant according to the operating needs and corporate requirements in order to ensure alignment and timely communication to all unionized and non-unionized personnel through innovative methods. Coordinate and manage the OPT events for unionized and non-unionized personnel in order to ensure a great experience to all our employees. Manage the resources of the culture and services area so that the team can carry out the functions of their position. Generation of synergies for culture strategies nationwide between Trucks business units and other business units in order to share best practices to promote the best experience to our employees
