We are seeking an experienced Business Training Specialist to join our team in Mexico City.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement and training, with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs for sales and account management employees. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
About the Role:
- Delivers training to sales and/or account management employees using classroom, live online, and e-learning methods.
- Facilitates and coordinates the creation of training content for both new hire and experienced sales and/or account management employees.
- Develops and delivers ongoing training programs to ensure sales and account management employees are current on all products and competitive developments.
- Participates and may facilitate in organization meetings, staff trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Selects the most cost-effective training delivery method to balance effectiveness and cost-reduction objectives.
- Maintains relationships with key managers and subject matter experts from across the business to gather needed materials and content.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Fluent English is a must.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement and training.
- Ability to understand business needs/requirements.
- Experience in delivering both in-person and online trainings, including design and development of training content.
- Ability to create training materials that increase job capabilities and sales performance.
- Experience in designing and delivering ongoing training programs to keep employees updated on products and competitive developments.
- Ability to represent the organization at important events and meetings, potentially facilitating discussions or presentations.
- Capacity to assess and select the most suitable method for training delivery, considering both effectiveness and cost-reduction objectives.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with key managers and subject matter experts across the business to gather necessary materials and content.
Location: CDMX
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
