**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para soluciones de tecnología, especializándose en servidores, almacenamiento, hiperconvergencia, redes, virtualización, PC y laptops.
- Identificar y captar nuevos clientes potenciales, desarrollando negocios estratégicos y adaptando soluciones a sus necesidades.
- Expandir la base de clientes mediante la adquisición de cuentas nuevas y gestionando una account set existente.
- Crear y ejecutar un plan de cuentas estratégico para optimizar las relaciones con clientes clave y maximizar las oportunidades de negocio.
- Desarrollar proyectos tecnológicos con clientes a nível ejecutivo, incluyendo la elaboración de propuestas comerciales y su seguimiento.
- Negociar contratos y cerrar ventas, manteniendo un enfoque en objetivos de venta y contribuyendo al crecimiento continuo del negocio.
- Crear y mantener un pipeline de ventas efectivo, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos establecidos.

**Requisitos**:

- **Experiência 8 años en ventas consultivas de tecnología de información, reciente y en un rol activo de ventas.**:

- **Inglés avanzado 100% hablado y escrito**:

- **Licenciatura o equivalente**:

- Conocimientos en servidores, almacenamiento, hiperconvergencia, redes, virtualización, PC y laptops, y seguridad de la información, con capacidad para entender y comunicar las soluciones tecnológicas de manera efectiva.
- Habilidades demostradas en negociación, cierre de negocios y gestión de proyectos tecnológicos.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de trabajar bajo presión.
- Compromiso con la innovación y mejora continua, mostrando empatía y tolerancia a la frustración.
- Trabajo en equipo con profesionalismo y sin ego, colaborando eficazmente para alcanzar objetivos comunes.
- Capacidad para incorporar herramientas de inteligencia artificial en su día a día.
- Manejo avanzado de CRM (Salesforce o Zoho).
- Dominio de paquetería Office.
