Indie Campers, a leading provider of outdoor equipment and travel experiences, is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join its dynamic team in Mexico City.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing People strategies that support the company's growth and cultural development. This includes fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and overall performance.

This position reports directly to the People Executive and collaborates closely with various departments to ensure that people strategies align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on people-related matters.
  • Manage employee relations issues and develop effective solutions to maintain workplace harmony.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including setting objectives, providing constructive feedback, and supporting development plans.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Analyze People metrics and provide actionable insights to improve People practices and business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations for the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Uphold the core values of "Work Hard with Integrity" and "Be Humble" in all aspects of work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of People best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.

Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the cost of living in Mexico City and reflects the level of expertise required for this role.
