**Tu rol**:
- Participar de manera activa en las actividades orientadas al cumplimiento del plan operativo en las líneas de directa responsabilidad.
- Coordinar con gerente de línea las actividades necesarias a implementar: capacitaciones, seminarios, actividades de marketing, y acciones en cliente final.
- El 60 a 70% de su tiempo debe estar destinado a visita de clientes orientadas a BioM (en forma independiente o acompañando a un representante de ventas), argumentando sustento técnico a la venta.
- Registrar sus actividades en los soportes informáticos (SFDC) que estén definidos por la compañía y permitan un registro de éstos.
- De forma proactiva canalizar la información de mercado recogida en las visitas, de forma que sea de impacto y que ayude al cumplimiento del OP. La información debe ser de calidad para un efecto positivo en los objetivos comerciales de la empresa. Debe actuar en coherencia a la normativa vigente y a las políticas y valores corporativos.
- Gestionar a los distribuidores de los países del cono Norte a cargo
- Capacitar continuamente a sus distribuidores a cargo, gestionar con ellos proyectos y visitas en conjunto.
- Utilizar las herramientas tales como Redox para elaborar oportunidades y colocarlas en SFDc
- Realizar un Hunting proactivo medible con el número de cuentas nuevas y de negocios nuevos que ingresen para el negocio de microbiología.
- Manejo de su pipeline de su cartera con la forma adecuada del mismo y la gestión de sus oportunidades en tiempo.
**Tu perfil**:
- Formal education: Bioquímica, Microbiología, Biotecnología, QFB y QFP. Ideal con Maestría.
- Experience on: 5 a más años en puestos comerciales similares.
- Soft Skills: Habilidades de presentación profesionales adecuadas para clientes variados, habilidades profesionales de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Language skills: : Inglés Avanzado.
- Software: Competencia demostrada en herramientas de software. Módulos SAP (si aplica): Verificación de ventas e inventarios.
