Buscamos a un **JR. CUSTOMER SERVICE**
**Sexo**: Indistinto
**Nível de estudios**: Lic. en administración de empresas, comercio exterior y aduanas, Ing. en Logística o Industrial, carrera afín.
**Objetivo del puesto**:
Atención, servicio y seguimiento al cliente, con el fin de brindar nuestros servicios cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad establecidos.
**Actividades**
- Confirma con cliente a inicio de mes la visibilidad de cargas por Semana y Mes.
- Se responsabiliza de monitorear con cliente sus requerimientos diarios para que sean cumplidos y ejecutados por Control Terrestre en tiempo y forma.
- Confirma volúmenes mensuales por temporada ALTA y BAJA durante todo el año.
- Da visibilidad a cliente todos los servicios que Control Terrestre puede crear para ellos.
- Participa en las reuniones semana a semana para revisión de KPI’s
- Genera análisis de cumplimiento de planes de carga de cliente hacia Control Terrestre.
- Atiende las reuniones de seguimiento de forma periódica que solicite el cliente asignado.
- Atiende al cliente mediante los indicadores KPI.
- Mantiene un nível de servicio a sus clientes asignados de forma semanal.
- Crea ODTs en sistema VR correctamente.
- Audita que la venta confirma sea ejecutada de forma correcta bajo los estándares de los clientes.
- Se encarga del registro de áreas de oportunidad para crecimiento de venta con cada cliente asignado.
- Realiza la presentación de resultados semana a semana sobre fletes y venta Vs. la meta establecida.
**Conocimientos/Habilidades**
- Excel intermedio (deseable).
- Manejo de personal.
- Manejo de MS de Office.
- Atención a clientes.
- Conocimiento logístico y de transporte.
- Reglamentos de SCT.
- Conocimientos de CTPAT.
- Sistema de monitoreo de GPS.
- Conocimiento de tractores, cajas y dollys.
- Control de documentos de viaje.
- Buen manejo de rol de viajes.
- Experiência en puestos administrativos (de preferencia en rubros de transporte/logística).
