Maintains high level of customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources. Complete all departmental forms accurately and neatly, Accurately enter data into the computer system, Customer Service team provides multi-channel product support to both dealer/distributors and end user customers. Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques; detecting and diagnosing problems.

Experiência y requisitos

School certificate, 2 years of customer service and technical support. Experience in Customer and Technical Service (minimum of 2 years). Excellent Oral English (95%) and Written (85%). Basic knowledge of Astronomy (Preferred, not necessary) Ability to read and interpret technical documents. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking (Multi-Tasking) Multi-line Phone System Telephone Headset Windows based PC Business Software Applications such as MS Outlook, MS Excel, Chat, Support Ticketing, etc.
