Customer Success Specialist

**OBJETIVO**
Como Customer Success Specialist, tu función principal es asegurar la retención exitosa de clientes a través de renovaciones efectivas y la recuperación de cartera pendiente. Trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los líderes de sucursales y el resto del equipo de Customer Success, utilizarás habilidades de negociación y persuasión para lograr acuerdos beneficiosos.
Además, serás responsable de analizar datos, priorizar acciones y diseñar campañas que impulsen las renovaciones, contribuyendo al flujo de ingresos y al crecimiento de nuestra cadena de gimnasios. Tu enfoque analítico y creativo será esencial para maximizar el índice de retención y cumplir los objetivos del equipo y la compañía.
Este puesto de trabajo tiene opción de ser remoto **en México.**
**FUNCIONES**
- Gestionar Renovaciones y Recuperación de Cartera_
- Utilizarás tus habilidades de negociación y persuasión para abordar las renovaciones de suscripciones, manteniendo un enfoque en asegurar la retención de los clientes existentes.
- Tomarás medidas para recuperar cartera en mora, empleando estrategias efectivas de comunicación y resolución de conflictos.
- Crearás campañas y mensajes personalizados para motivar y aumentar las tasas de renovación de suscripciones.
- Colaborarás con el equipo de marketing para diseñar estrategias de comunicación efectivas que resalten los beneficios de la membresía.
- Trabajarás de la mano de los líderes de región y los líderes de sucursal para ejecutar estrategias específicas para cada región.
- Análisis de Datos_
- Analizarás datos relacionados con las renovaciones y la cartera, identificando patrones y tendencias para guiar decisiones estratégicas.
- Presentarás _insights_encontrados en los datos analizados a otros equipos internos y propondrás mejoras en los procesos.
- Uso de Herramientas_
- Utilizarás HubSpot como CRM para registrar y dar seguimiento a las interacciones, medir la efectividad de las campañas, y optimizar los procesos.
- Utilizarás nuestro software de administración de gimnasios para extraer data la cual deberá ser usada para determinar las acciones a tomar en el rol
- **Optimización de resultados**_
- Las métricas del rol serán tu guía, trabajarás para alcanzar las metas y resultados del área.
**PERFIL**
- Conocimiento de procesos de customer success
- Conocimiento y manejo de CRM (Preferiblemente HubSpot)
- Capacidad analítica y experiência generando reportes
- Creatividad y experiência creando estrategias de ventas, renovaciones de contratos y recuperación de cartera.
- Toma de decisiones basada en datos
Preferible experiência en el sector fitness
